Our practical business analysis training course introduces a broad range of techniques within the structure of the business analysis process model that will enable any new entrant or junior analyst the skills to hit the ground running in a BA role. It forms an excellent introduction to business analysis, providing participants with knowledge that underpins the fundamental business analysis engagement. Our 3-months follow-up practical placement* on a life project allows our candidates the opportunity to gather the requisite on the ground experience and confidence to engage in the BA role or transition.At the end of the course candidates should be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of business analysis principles and techniques
Who Should Attend
This training is designed for entry-level analysts or anyone keen to start a business analysis career who is interested in building a business analysis skill set and project experience and is keen on getting a better understanding of business analysis skills, techniques, and methodologies. It is also for anyone with little or no formal business analysis knowledge but needs to work with business analysts or a BA driven environment as part of your role.
