About the Event

In this period when the world is going through a lot of uncertainties, gaining an additional skill is vital whether you are beginning your career journey, gaining an additional experience or planning your next career move. Workshop facilitation is a great technique used by business analysts to elicit and prioritize requirements, review processes and achieve stakeholder consensus. It is also used within and outside the workplace to brainstorm ideas, address business challenges and find better ways of transforming ideas into actions.

Facilitating a workshop unprepared is much like flying blind; this is guaranteed to cause you cold feet and intense regret. That’s the reason preparation is the first step towards facilitating a successful workshop. This training will give you some tips on how to plan an effective workshop for your role or business.

The training will include

  • Pre-workshop Planning
  • Facilitation tips
  • Post Workshop activities
